Eligibility
Gold & White Card holders
As a DVA-contracted community nursing provider, we deliver services under the Department of Veterans' Affairs arrangements — meaning no out-of-pocket cost to eligible veterans.
- DVA Gold Card holders — full entitlement to community nursing
- DVA White Card holders — for accepted conditions
- Referral accepted from GPs, hospitals and families
- No cost to the veteran for contracted nursing services
