About Blue Cross Health and Wellbeing

Blue Cross Health and Wellbeing Pty Ltd is a contracted Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) Community Nursing provider and a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) service provider delivering community nursing, personal care, support coordination, therapeutic services and NDIS-funded personal training across Brisbane and greater Queensland. Our mission is to provide a seamless, dignified gateway to the funded care and wellness supports that Australians over 40, veterans, and people living with disability deserve — right in the comfort of their own homes and communities.

We exist for NDIS participants seeking reliable, high-quality in-home supports, veterans accessing DVA Gold and White Card entitlements, and the broader 40-plus community working to maintain independence, mobility and wellbeing. Our clinicians and support staff understand the complexity of navigating multiple funding pathways, and we make that journey simpler — coordinating plans, providing clinical care, and building personalised wellness programs that respect each person's goals, culture and circumstances.

Blue Cross Health and Wellbeing is built and led by an experienced team of registered nurses, support coordinators and allied health professionals who call Queensland home. We operate to the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct, uphold our DVA contractual obligations, and are committed to clinical governance, cultural safety and continuous quality improvement. Everything we do is grounded in the belief that good care begins with listening — and that everyone is entitled to live well, with dignity, in the community they choose.
